PEC is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization founded to oppose the strategic plan of the trustees of Randolph- Macon Woman’s College (R-MWC) to make the college coeducational and adopt “global honors” as a curricular focus. Our supporters include more than 1,000 concerned
R-MWC alumnae, students, parents, faculty, staff, and former trustees who are united by our love of R-MWC and our concern for the college's future.

What is PEC Doing? How can you help?
PEC is asking R-MWC’s trustees to reexamine the strategic plan, both the process and the outcome, as we believe that a reevaluation will lead to a stronger future for the college that aligns with its historic mission to educate women.

We have assembled research to assist trustees in making the best business decisions possible for R-MWC. We are recommending a recovery plan that includes increased alumnae support and a new business plan to revitalize the college.

We continue our fundraising and coordination of the lawsuits that will reverse the trustee vote and achieve a thorough evaluation of the strategic plan.
